At Under Armour South Africa, we want to ensure you have the right gear to perform at your best. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original condition and packaging.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your account on the Under Armour South Africa website, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a return request.
Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the package is securely sealed and includes the printed return authorization slip inside.
Schedule a Collection
Once your request is processed, our authorized courier partner will contact you within 2-3 business days to arrange a convenient time for collection from your doorstep.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects and approves the returned gear, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
